No one wants the job of deploying 100 conventional DVRs, getting them configured for remote access, plugging in all their IP addresses into some mobile client, and periodically checking to be sure they're all up and running. Just when you think you have everything set up correctly, some yahoo unplugs the router and a whole store's worth of video is inaccessible again. And don't even TALK to us about the pain of provisioning users and managing software updates on all of that equipment.
This is one of the reasons we created MultiSight: to lighten your load. We install our equipment, with no special configuration required on your part; as long as our gateway can reach the public Internet, you're good to go. Our gateways "phone home" to our cloud services, ensuring that users can always connect to video from their stores. And we take care of monitoring your system's health and pushing out updates—our cloud-based architecture makes all of this easy.
We play nicely on your network too. We take care to limit the amount of bandwidth our video consumes, so you never have to worry about disruptions to business-critical transactions.
Administering this system is a snap. You can use any browser to log in to our administrative website—no special client to install. From this site, you can add and remove users, change who can see which location, and reset their passwords, no matter where they are or what device they are using—even in a BYOD environment. Another administrative headache solved!

We store about 3 weeks of HD 720p video recording locally, on the Gateway device. Video that is pushed up to the cloud is retained for a year. Our service also uses "pruning" to delete the oldest sections of video where no motion occurs. Pruning can significantly increase your video retention, and it's all managed automatically, with no effort on your part.
To conserve bandwidth, we send only some of your video up to the cloud. All video is first recorded locally on the Gateway. Then we push some video to the cloud, either automatically or based on your request.
As part of the MultiSight service, we continuously monitor the health of your system. On the off-chance that there is an issue with the equipment, we will let you know right away and send you new equipment, if needed.
The Basic plan (which includes 8 cameras) can be as little as $167/location/month. Pay just $50 more for our Premium plan to get 4 more cameras per site, plus additional services. Everything is included in this price: cameras, gateway, cloud services, apps, system health monitoring, support, and maintenance. And, for a limited time, we're waiving our $1499 activation fee, so there's no charge for installation or configuration.
Here's where a lot of vendors can't compete. We built MultiSight to work over low-bandwidth connections. While we recommend that you have an upload speed of 1Mbps or better, we've successfully deployed MultiSight at locations with as low as 500 Kbps. The user's experience will naturally improve with a faster upload speed, but your cloud library of clips will always be retained at the highest quality level, no matter how slow your uplink speed is.
Many times people will tell us that they made a huge investment in new cameras a couple of years back and don't want to do it again. We understand. That's why our cameras are included as part of the MultiSight service at no additional charge. Our cameras are state-of-the-art, small form-factor, purpose-built, HD cameras that record at 720p. Furthermore, with our anti-obsolescence plan, you will never need to buy new cameras again.
MultiSight is optimized for 8-12 cameras per site. Usually this means we target stores of less than 6,000 square feet. However, depending on your requirements for coverage, we can accommodate larger footprints by adding a second gateway. Please call us to discuss the details.
We get this question a lot. MultiSight can fit into almost any environment where someone needs to remotely access video...so, yes, you could purchase MultiSight for your home. However, MultiSight is a commercially hardened system that is over-designed for most residential applications. In addition, the real benefits of our system accrue when you have more than one location to manage. If you want to talk more about this, just give us a call.
Absolutely. We can mount our HD camera in an industrial strength enclosure that will protect it in all but the worst environmental conditions. We charge a small one-time fee for each camera mounted outdoors.
Using a purpose-built device allows us to simplify installation, keep tabs on your system's health, and, most importantly, improve reliability. We designed our gateway specifically for your environment. We made it sealed and fanless, so it's quiet enough for an office environment and rugged enough for settings where dust, grease, or food particles might cause issues

People often think that a pan / tilt / zoom (PTZ) camera will offer 360 degrees of coverage, but it doesn't work out that way. Murphy's Law pretty much guarantees that when a critical incident occurs, a PTZ camera will be pointed in the other direction. The MultiSight service includes a generous number of cameras; place them wherever you need them. Our cameras are installed in a fixed position and focus over a wide distance. All MultiSight cameras have a ball-and-socket mount that allows them to be easily adjusted to capture the perfect angle. And then, if you feel that you need to double up in a certain area, go ahead and do that. Why spend a thousand dollars on a PTZ camera when you can just put up another MultiSight camera?
